HUDSON VALLEY, New York -- Hudson Valley Restaurant Week, a 14-day celebration of fine dining in the Hudson Valley running from March 15-28, will include two full weekends for the first time this year, and many Hudson Valley hotels, inns and bed and breakfasts are offering discounted rates during the event. This makes Restaurant Week even more appealing to adventurous foodies, who can dine and stay overnight or longer, sampling menus at some of the finest restaurants in the region while treating themselves to mini-vacations.

During Hudson Valley Restaurant Week, participating restaurants offer restaurant goers three-course lunches at a fixed price of $20 and/or dinners for $28. For a complete list of restaurants, visit hudsonvalleyrestaurantweek.com.
